A number of captions used some 'off of the box' thinking...
"Have you seen the vacancy in here for a new drummer for the Cadbury's advert?"
"The 'real' Planet of the Apes was somewhat of a letdown.."
It's often nice to see people being particularly observant. But then again, not always...
"What's more unsettling? Gorillas reading the papers or the man grabbing his 'monkey nuts' in the top right of the photo?"
This month there was a certain amount of animosity towards bankers in light of the current financial conditions...
"City bankers deny accusations of monkey business"
"Evolution takes a backwards step as gorillas regress to bankers"
... And a little more reserved for us (ok apologies for the recent slackness- holidays and um.. etcetera!)...
"Right, we had better get back to the office to judge the captions"
"I say, those chimps at All Work - No Play still haven't announced the winner of December's caption competition. What are they monkeying around at?"
But Sarah gave us a chuckle and she has therefore won this time:
"Smoking... it doesn't make you any more attractive or clever"
