Caption Competition Terms of Entry
Rules of Entry
♦Entry to the competition is free and there is no limit to the number of entries an individual can submit.
♦The closing date is shown on the competition page and entries submitted after this date will be excluded from the judging process.
♦Any entries containing offensive content and language will be immediately removed.
♦All Work – No Play rewards unique and creative captions, therefore, any entries plagiarising a previously entered caption will not be eligible to win the competition. However, if a significant improvement has been made on a previously submitted theme, the entry shall be eligible.
♦Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries that are not received by All Work – No Play for any reason.
♦Employees of All Work – No Play and their families can enter the competition but will not be eligible to win the prize.
Prize Giving
♦All suitably worthy entries shall be shortlisted by All Work – No Play staff, with the final winner subsequently chosen by a majority decision. The judges’ decision is final.
♦Winners will be contacted directly by email to confirm they are happy to receive their prize in pounds sterling for use on the Amazon.co.uk site. Arrangements can be made if the chosen winner would like to receive their prize in US dollars on Amazon.com. The prize is non-transferable and All Work – No Play reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
♦If for whatever reason the winner is unable to accept their prize, a runner up will be chosen by All Work – No Play staff and the prize will default to that individual.
♦Any winners will have 30 days upon which to confirm acceptance of their prize, otherwise it will default to a chosen runner up, where the same conditions will apply.
Liability
♦By entering into this competition, you agree to All Work – No Play’s general privacy policy. For non All Work – No Play members entering the caption competition, we shall store your name and email address purely for the purposes of winner updates, as well as any other information or offers you may find interesting. However, provision is given to opt out of such emails if you so wish.
♦By entering the competition the winner agrees to allow the free use of their name for publicity and in connection with the competition.
♦All Work – No Play excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this competition and reserves the right to cancel the draw at any stage. Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
